Vegetable Manchurian
Hot and spicy Vegetable Manchurian.

Assemble ingredients

In a mixing bowl add all chopped veggies + maida + salt + black pepper powder corn flour + soya sauce and mix well. Add maida and corn flour as required.
Make medium size balls and coat them in corn flour and keep them aside. - 3
Heat oil in a pan and drop balls and deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown and keep aside.

Manchurian Balls are ready, keep them aside.

Assemble ingredients for gravy.

In a moderately heated pan add 2-3 tbsp oil, add garlic + ginger and sauté for a few seconds.

Then add diced capsicum and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add diced onion and sauté till translucent, it takes around 2 minutes.

Then start adding all sauce + salt + sugar + water and cook for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.

Make a mixture of corn flour + 2 tbsp water and mix well. Add this mixture, mix well and add all balls and give a nice mix. Cook further for 2-3 minutes and let balls coat with gravy.

Dish is ready to serve.
