Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. Dried smoked fish
  3. 1/4spaghetti
  4. Tomapepper paste
  5. Sliced onions
  6. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  7. 7seasoning cubes
  8. 1/4tspn of salt
  9. Mixed spices & curry

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil the rice & set aside, in the pot pour the oil, onions, paste and fry for 2mins, add the mixed spice with curry and seasoning cube, stir.

    Add the fish and add water, allow it to boil then add the spaghetti. After 2mins stir using fork and then add the rice.

  3. 3

    Stir gently & cover it, reduce the flame & allow it to simmer.
