In a pan add 1tbsp oil, add chopped onions, fry, then add chopped tomato, cashew, ginger garlic paste, fry til tomato softens, cool down, then grind without water.

Boil eggs, in a pan add 1tbsp oil and butter, add masala, fry for 2 min, add garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, salt, sugar, coriander powder, fry then add milk, cook on low flame for 5 min then add boiled eggs, add some cashew to masala with boiled eggs.
