This Chana dal is unique and cultivated in my in-laws village. The smell and taste of the dal is amazing. Many kinds of recipes are made in the household of the village. But the most popular and traditional street recipe is Dal Vada. Mostly found in rainy season to Dussehra but a favourite throughout the year. It's delicious and vendors sell with mirchi and/or murmura.
