  • 1 cupmaida
  • as requiredWater to mix the dough
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 cupGrated coconut
  • As per tasteSugar
  • as per requirementGhee for frying
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

20-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the maida with little ghee and make soft dough by adding little water and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Then roll the dough and add the filling of grated coconut, sugar and elachi/cardmon powder
