Take milk in a thick heavy bottomed pan or Kadai &
begun to heat the milk on a low to medium flame till
the milk starts to form a layer of cream/malai on top. Boil till it’s reduced 1/2 in quantity - 2
Add sugar & saffron cook for another 10 min add cardamom powder, sliced almonds & pistachio & cook another 5 min

When Rabri is lukewarm squeeze all rasgulla nicely
& put it in rabri & stir it very gently. When cool keep it in the refrigerator till the serving time;
garnish with nuts & rose petals
Enjoy chilled "ANGOORI RABRI"
