If you are bored of boiled or fried potatoes, try this simple recipe.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Put a potato between 2 kitchen tools handles and cut vertically leaving the bottom side untouched.

Put in 180 °C degrees hot oven and wait for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes take from oven, add some salt and butter. Put back to the oven for 15 minutes more.

Cut cheese in pieces. After 15 minutes take the potatoes from the oven and insert the cheese in gaps. Lower temperature to 150 °C. Wait for 15 minutes more.

Perfect side dish is ready 😋
