Ingredients

  • 1 Cpeeled garlic cloves
  • 2 tspkosher salt
  • 3 Cneutral oil
  • 1/2 Clemon juice
  • 4 Tbspfresh chopped dill

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend garlic and salt to a paste consistency

  2. 2

    Emulsify the oil and lemon juice into the paste by alternating the addition of each in small amounts

  3. 3

    Add dill (will only last 3-4 days). If you want it to last longer add the dill when you are going to serve it.
