Strip loin steak with simple side dish
Make a quick Sunday dinner for myself.
Steps

Prepare ingredients. Remove excessive moist from the beef with paper towel. Rub each side of strip loin with Kosher salt and pepper.

Add extra-virgin olive oil to the saucepan and heat with high heat. Place the beef in the saucepan. Cook one side for 3-5 min until crust, brown and tender.
Note: You can cook the mushroom altogether with the steak. - 3
Add garlic and champion mushroom and stir fry until brown and tender. Flip and cook the other side of the steak. Check for doneness. Add salted butter on top of the steak. Transfer to a serving platter. Rest for 5 min before slice.

In the same saucepan, grill sausage for 1-2 min.

Defrost the frozen vegetables and add to the serving platter. Add fresh vegetables to the serving platter. Sprinkle the dressing.

Serve.
