Mix the the dry ingredients and set aside. In another bowl, mix the butter and sugar until pale yellow. Add the eggs one after the other, mix well. Add the dry ingredients bit by bit while adding the milk. Add vanilla flavor. Mix all properly.

Fold in the grated coconut and carrot gradually. Add the mashed bananas too and the raisins.
