Ingredients

  1. For Mango Pulissery:
  2. 1 Ripe Mango
  3. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  4. 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  5. 1 cupwater
  6. 1/2 cupcurd
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. To Temper
  9. 2 tspoil
  10. 1/2 tspMustard Seeds
  11. 1/2 tspFenugreek Seeds
  12. Leavesfew Curry
  13. 2Dry Red Chillies
  14. Grind
  15. 1/4 cupGrated Coconut
  16. 1Green Chilli
  17. 1/2 tspJeera (Cumin Seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the ingredients given to grind it by adding little water.Boil the mango pieces along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.

  2. 2

    Add the ground paste to the cooked mangoes.Cook till the raw smell disappears and allow the gravy to boil and switch off the flame.

  3. 3

    Let it cool down.Add the curd to the mango gravy.Heat a pan and add oil.Add all the ingredients given to temper.
    Pour them over the mango gravy and mix. Serve with rice.
