Ingredients

  1. 420 gkway teow (flat white rice noodles)
  2. 100 gchives
  3. 250 glarge fish cake
  4. 200 gbean sprouts
  5. 3 tablespoonscooking oil
  6. 8 clovegarlic
  7. 100 mlwater
  8. 3 tablespoonsdark soya sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Cut fish cake to thick slice.

    Rinse bean sprouts. Drain and leave aside.

    Rinse chives. Cut into one inch length.

  4. 4

    Chop garlic.

    Heat up 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in the frying pan with high heat. Stir fry kway teow for about 1 minute to give it a "warm up". Then remove from heat and leave aside.

    Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the frying pan with medium heat. Fry garlic for half minute.

    Add fish cake. Stir fry with the garlic for 1 minute.

    Add kway teow.

    Add about 3 tablespoons of dark soya sauce. Mix evenly. You can use sweet dark sauce if you like sweet but it will increase the calories.

    Add bean sprouts and chives. Add 100ml water. Mix evenly until dry up.

    Ready to serve. Sprinkle some chilli pepper if you need some spicy flavor.

Living in Singapore, a fantastic place to eat and experience (almost) every kind of cuisine in the world. There are 5 hawker center within my current neighborhood, I would go there for quick meal if I lazy to cook.
