Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupDried Longan
  • Sugar
  • 1 l Water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Ice cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the dried longan.

  2. 2

    Boil the water, longan and sugar, stir until the sugar dissolve. Allow them to boil until the longan soft and the water turn to brown in color.

  3. 3

    Let’s it cool down completely. Serve with ice cubes. Let’s enjoy.
