  • 1 packokra
  • 5 piecesminced garlic
  • 1 tspoyster sauce diluted with water

    Wash and trim okra, place minced ginger on top. Then steam it for 4-5 mins

  2. 2

    Simmer the sauce ings then pour on top before serve.
