  2. 1Onion
  3. 2Tomatoes
  4. 3 paoBoneless chicken
  5. 2 tspGinger garlic
  6. 2 tspBiryani masala
  7. 1/2 cupOil
  8. 1/2 tspSalt

    Soak rice for few hours.

    Peel and slice the onion.

    Cut tomatoes into chunks.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in onion and fry till the edges of onion starts turning light golden.

    Add in ginger garlic and chicken.

    Fry till chicken changes its colour.

    Add in tomatoes and spices.

    Mix them well.

    Cook covered till chicken is tender.

    Bhoono it well.

    Add in rice.

    Cook covered till water dries up.

    Cook covered on dum for 10 minutes.
