Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 0.5 cupjamoon powder or all purpose flour
  2. 0.5-0.75 cupdates + fig + plum
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1banana
  5. 0.5 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 tbsp coco powder
  7. 1dark chocolate
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 4 dropsvanilla essence
  10. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the dry fruits with milk for 30-45 minutes

    Blend the soaked dry fruits with milk + banana + vanilla essence + oil

  3. 3

    Transfer the above mixture to a bowl. Now add dry ingredients (flour + cock powder) using sieve. Mix all ingredients nicely. Don’t over mix

  4. 4

    Now take a ramekin. Brush the oil. Transfer the mixture. Bake it at 360F for 35-40 minutes
