Ingredients

3 people
  1. 1 bagkonjak
  2. 1 bagenoki mashroom
  3. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  4. 1little bit dried bonito
  5. 1little bit chili powder
  6. 1little bit sesami oil
  7. 1little bit chopped scallions

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the konjak into long and narrow.

  2. 2

    Tear the enoki mushroom.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry the konjak until the water of konjak run out.

  4. 4

    Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. And remove the water.

  5. 5

    Add enoki mushroom. And stir-fry again.

  6. 6

    Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce again.

  7. 7

    Add dried bonito and chili powder and sesami oil.

  8. 8

    When these ingridients are mixed, it will be ready. And put the chopped scallions on the top.
