Ingredients

1/2 cupsesame seeds
2 tbspolive oil
1/8 tspsalt/sea salt

Steps

1

Dry roast white sesame seeds on low flame till it starts to pops up. Cool at room temperature.
2

Grind it in mixer jar to smooth powder. Scrap the sides.
3

Add olive oil and salt. Grind it into smooth paste.
4

Transfer it bowl or in jar. Use Homemade Tahini as required.
