To make chicken gravy, heat oil and add chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry until changes colour.

Add soya sauce,vinegar, salt, red chilli, black pepper and mix well. Add hot sauce, ketchup, and little water and cook for 3to 4 minutes. And dish out.

In the same pan add oil and all vegetable except green onion's green part. Add soya sauce, salt and black pepper, red chilli and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add boiled egg noodles and toss. Add sesame oil and green onions green part. Toss well and dish out in a bowl and set aside.

Mix all mayo sauce ingredients. Set a side.

Boil 2 cups of rice with salt and set aside.

Fry garlic slices and green chilies slices and set aside.

For assembling: in a serving dish spread a layer of rice then add stir fried vegetables and noodles and then third layer of chicken gravy. Add mayo sauce and fried garlic slices and green chillies on the top.
