Preparing stuffing

Heat oil into a pan, now add cumin seeds crackle them.

Now saute crushed ginger-garlic and green chillies well. And saute onions.

Further add spices and and mix well. Also add chopped coriander.

Keep aside.

Preparing dough

Take a mixing bowl add flour, salt oil mix it.

Add slowly slowly water and knead a smooth dough and keep aside for 20 minutes.

Now, pinch a small lemon sized ball from the dough and flatten with the rolling pin. Take 1tbsp of prepared stuffing and place it on the flattened dough.

Lift the dough from all sides and close it nicely giving the dough a round shape. Press the stuffed ball gently and flatten it with your hands. And with help of rolling pin.

Now the oil is sufficiently hot and place kachori in the pan for frying and fry it from both sides till kachoris are golden brown.

Kachoris are ready to serve hot with chapati aloo ki sabji or green chutney.
