Steps

Mix water and milk and keep it ready.
In a mixing bowl add Maida, semolina, salt, sugar, and active dry yeast. Mix all together.
Further, add milk-water little by little in 3-4 steps. Once you get a sticky dough, add 1tsp oil and knead it for 10-12 minutes or until you get a smooth dough that does not stick to your hand anymore. The dough should become elastic and stretchable. (Grease your hand with oil 2-3 times in between.) - 2
Rub some oil all over the dough and Keep the dough in a greased air-tight box and keep it in a warm place for 3-4 hours or till the dough rise to double.

After 4 hours Punch on the center of the dough and knead it again.
Now divide the dough into 10-12 equal parts.
Take one part, roll it well and sprinkle some flour. With a rolling pin, gently roll to a slightly thin round pizza. Roll to get a 0.10 cm thickness. Sprinkle some more flour if required while rolling. - 4
In a muffin tray sprinkle some dry flour, so that the cup doesn't stick a d easily come out.
Set the rolled pizza disk in each muffin mould and with a fork poke all over the center of the pizza cup to keep them from bubbling up. - 5
Bake these pizza cups in the preheated oven under 180'C for 8-10 minutes.
Pizza Cups is ready.
(You can store them in the refrigerator under an airtight food bag up to a week and use them whenever you want) - 6
Spread pizza sauce all over inside the cups, then fills your favorite topping (onion, capsicum, corn, mushrooms, paneer...). Then spread pizza cheese and seasonings on top and bake them for 3 minutes under 180'C.
