Ingredients

  1. As Required Iceberg lettuce 🥬
  2. 1 cupchopped mushroom 🍄
  3. 1/2 cupchopped broccoli
  4. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  5. As RequiredSauces
  6. 2 tbspTahini sauce
  7. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  8. 1 tbspTomato sauce
  9. 1 tspChilli sauce
  10. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  11. As Per RequiredSalt
  12. 1 tspApple cider vinegar

    Wash the iceberg lettuce and arrange it separately on a plate to make a roll.

    In a pan, add a small amount of desired oil or butter sautes all the vegetables.

    After 5 min add all the sauces in the same ratio as mentioned above except Tahini sauce.

    Add salt as required, because your soya sauce already contains salt. add ACV now.

    If you wish,you can add grated mozzarella.

    Now switch off the stove. In the arranged lettuce spread some Tahini sauce as a base, and spread the sauted veg above it.. squeeze some mayonnaise on it.
