Sautés the shallot and minced garlic then put the minced pork and diced cut chicken for a bit longer. After that you can put mushroom on it. Then, mixed together and add all the seasoning. Wait a little longer till all seasoning mixed well and done.

Boiled the noodle. As you wait till the noodle cooked, you can prepare in the bowl a bit of cooking oil, sesame oil, a bit of fish sauce, soy sauce, salt & white pepper. As noodle cooked…… you can throw throw the excess water till noodle really dry and pour the noodle in the bowl with all seasoning and mixed well. then you can put sliced green onion as topping and steamed bokchoy on side.

For wonton: mixed well minced pork and all seasoning, green onion, tapioca starch, egg and put it into wonton skin and folded it. Do it the same thing till all complete as many as you want. Then boiled about 2-3 minutes

And finally chicken mushroom noodle with wonton are ready to serve
