  • 200 gfresh salmon egg
  • 2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonSake (option)
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put salmon egg Ikura in warm water(50℃).

    Remove skin of egg and take eggs out.

    Make marinate seasoning mix. Put eggs in it and keep it in refrigerator for more than a half day.
