Clean wash whole moong dal and soak for overnight with rice in water.Next day drain from water keep aside.

Get ready all ingredients. Take a grinding jar add whole moong dal add ginger garlic green chilli coriander leaves chopped curry leaves coaresly grind all with little water. Remove in mixing bowl mix well make thick batter.

Now add all dry spices powder mix all well together it should be pouring contency. Heat up tawa add 1 tspoon oil spread quicly spread heapful tablespoon of moong dal chilla batter on tawa quickly spread using back of spoon and let cook till golden brown in colour flip and cook drizzle some oil.
