Steps
- 1
Using the slicer makes thicker crisps and you can use right to the end of the potato. It has a plastic holder which is not in pic as I've misplaced it ATM.
- 2
It was from Avon it's for slicing Apple or fruit and microwaving and also came with a plastic round holder to hold the slices.
- 3
When the potato is sliced gradually add the uncooked crisps to hot oil and cook until golden brown and crispy.
The last pic are microwaved in the plastic round holder for 3 mins on full then let microwave cool then do a further 2 mins with a spray of oil they come out really crispy and low fat.
