Brown your Ground Beef & Sausage, drain excess fat.

Once your Ground Beef & Sausage are browned & the excess fat is drained; mix in the Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste & Garlic. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes on low, stirring occasionally.

In a medium size bowl, grate your Parmesan Cheese. Mix it with your Ricotta cheese, Italian Seasoning, Oregano & Onion Powder. Set aside until you’re ready to layer your Lasagna.

Do NOT pre cook your Lasagna Noodles. They will fully cook in the crock pot on their own.

Start layering your Lasagna in the crock pot. In the very bottom of the crock, start with the sauce mix.

When layering, follow from bottom to top: Sauce Mix, Noodles (breaking Noodles up as needed, to fit into the crock), Sauce Mix, Ricotta/Parmesan Cheese Mixture, Noodles, repeat. Make sure you leave enough Sauce Mix to cover the very top layer of noodles.

Once your Lasagna is completely layered, let it cook for 5 hours on low temp. Do not add the Mozzarella Cheese yet.
**Add the Mozzarella Cheese to the very top of the lasagna the last 3 hours of cooking time.
