White sauce pasta was something I always loved in restaurants! I thought making it would be quite a difficult task but what a shock!!!! It’s actually super easy if the following steps are followed well :))

First use traditional method to boil pasta and keep the pasta aside

Take a pan and put it on the stove. Simmer down the flame. Do not let the pan heat!!! Immediately add olive oil and butter to the pan. Add maida and mix till you see medium sized bubbles (The process will be fast do not panic but do not let it turn brown)

To this mixture slowly add COLD MILK (from fridge) while stirring. Continue to stir the mixture well for 2 minutes

Add garlic pieces in this mixture. Add pepper and salt. Stir the mixture well till it becomes a little creamy (should take approximately 6-10minutes)

Switch the stove off and keep sauce aside. Do not panic if it still looks like milk. The sauce will definitely thicken when pasta is added

Take a pan add olive oil and butter. Add vegetables if wanted. Add spices. Add the sauce to the pan. Stir for few seconds

Add the boiled pasta and stir well. Close the pan with a lid and let it stay for a few minutes.Keep checking and stirring till it looks creamy and nice

After plating sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes. Enjoy :))
