Steps

Wash and chopped tomato and carrot.Churn in a mixie jar adding salt black salt and red chilli powder. To make red colour batter.
Wash and chopped coriander and mint. Add salt chaat masalagarlic ginger and chilli to make green chutney.

Beat batter adding salt and add eno pouch adding 1/4cup water. Mix it well.

Heat idli mould in a steamer. Grease idli mould.
Divide batter in a 3 part.Add green chutney in one part and red tomatoes pulp in another part. White part remain same. All 3 base Mix it properly. - 4
Now pour tomato batter 1tbsp.then green batter. 1-2tbsp.Lastly spread white part. And keep inside the steamer.Cover and steam for 10 min.

Open and demould the idli. And serve hot with chutney and sambhar.

Flavourd idli is ready to serve with sambhar abd chutney.
