I have made this healthy version of sandwich with lots of vegetables for vitamin and mineral power, cheese for protein power, and whole wheat multigrain bread for iron and fiber power.

First, heat oil. Add the onions, saute well. Then add the capsicum and corn and saute well.

Then add the seasonings and all the spices. Add tomato ketchup and Mix well. Sandwich filling is ready.

Now take 3 bread slices. Apply cheese spread mixed with mayonnaise on top of each slice. Then place the filling on top of 2 slices.

Now arrange the slices on top of each other. Place the top slice with spread part down.

Apply ghee or oil on the sandwich maker. Place the sandwich and grill from both sides.

Serve with cucumber and tomato slices, cheese spread and ketchup. Also I served Orange juice along. Enjoy healthy breakfast. Tip:You can pack it in lunchbox too along with some fruits, #sprouts salad and #yoghurt as a complete #lunch!
