Cut the Mirchi into small pieces Add oil to the pan and once the oil is hot add a pinch of hing, and mustard seeds.

Now add onion and saute then add Mirchi to the pan and mix it well for some time.

Add turmeric and salt as per the taste. Mix and cover it and cook for 5 minutes. Now it's ready to Serve.
