Steps

Take a bowl add all ingredients and make a normal dough with help of the water.

Take some part of dough make a normal ball. Make round shapes of makki roti on chakla.

Heat the tawa and add a little ghee so that it does not stick.Place it on per heated tawa,pour ghee, roast it both side in medium flam until golden brown.

Serve with hot sarson da saag and gur and butter, salad and jaggery.
