Tadke wali Daal

Take a pressure cooker and put dal and water and turmeric powder and heat it for 20 mins till the dal boils and soak the water. Now close the flame.

Now prepare the tadka in another frying pan. Put refined oil and chopped onion and Cumin seeds and put on the flame and heat it till turned into light brown color. Now add turmeric and chili powder and salt as per taste.

Now add tadka and water to the cooker and close the lid. Whistle it 5-6 times. Close the flame and serve it.
