Ingredients

1 hr+10 minutes
1 serving
  • For Bhature
  • 2 cupsmaida/all purpose flour
  • 2 tbspsemolina/rava
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 cupcurd
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 2 tspoil
  • As RequiredOil for deep frying
  • For Chole

Steps

1 hr+10 minutes
  1. 1

    Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda and semolina. Add salt and mix well. Add curd and combine to make a dough. Add oil and mix well. Cover with damp cloth and keep to rest for at least an hour.

    Now knead the dough well and divide into 8-10 equal parts.

  3. 3

    Now heat the oil and roll the dough ball into round or oval shape and deep fry in hot oil.

  4. 4

    Serve with chole.
