Ingredients

  1. Veggies
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 2 cupsdiced potatoes
  4. 1/2 cupdiced carrots
  5. 1/4 cupchopped onions
  6. Salt and Pepper
  7. Sauce
  8. 1/4 cupbutter
  9. 1/4 cupflour
  10. 2 cupsmilk
  11. Other
  12. 2 cupsgrated extra sharp cheddar cheese
  13. 1 cupcubed ham

Cooking Instructions

    Boil veggies until they are very tender. 6-12 minutes. Do not drain

    For sauce. In separate pot. Melt butter and then stir in flour. Slowly add milk. Cook until thick

  3. 3

    Add sauce, cheese, and ham to veggies. Heat through.
    Can put in crockpot to warm. High for 1 hour.
