Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1/2 kgBoneless chicken
  • 1 packetMacaroni
  • 1Onion medium
  • 1 tspGarlic
  • 4Tomatoes large
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 1 tspChicken powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cupKetchup
  • 2 tbspChilli sauce
  • 2 tbspVinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onion,garlic and 1 tomato.

    Blend the remaining tomatoes.

    Boil macaroni according to the instructions.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in onion and garlic and fry till light golden.

    Add in chicken and fry till it changes colour.

    Add in tomato paste,tomato,ketchup,all the sauces and spices.

    Cook on medium flame till chicken is tender and moisture is reduced to half.

    Fold in macaroni.

    Cook covered on dum for 5 minutes.

    Serve hot.
