Firstly in a pressure cooker add moong dal, add water, add turmeric powder, add salt, add tomato mix it well. 3 whistle moong dal is ready.

Now take a pan add ghee, add cumin seeds, add garlic, add ginger, add onion mix it. now add tomato, add tomato puree soft and mushy now add salt, add turmeric powder, add red chili powder, add coriander powder mix it again. now add the cooked dal along with salt and mix well. now add water and simmer for 5-10 min.

Take a pan add ghee, add garlic, add cumin seeds, and add dry red chilli now tadka is ready. give a tadka to dal.
