Steps

In a small bowl add yeast, sugar and milk, whisk and set aside. In a large bowl add flour, sugar, salt and oil then pour in your yeast mixture and knead for 5 mins. Let the dough proof for 30mins

In a small bawl add cinnamon powder, butter and sugar and whisk.

Roll your dough on a lightly floured surface and spread your cinnamon and sugar mixture evenly on your dough then gently fold your dough. Use a knife or thread to cut your dough. It's best to use thread but if you have a very sharp knife then you're good to go.

Prepare your baking pan with parchment paper and arrange your dough in it. Allow them to double there sizes. Finally, bake for 20 min at 170c.

In a small ball add whipping cream, vanilla sugar, and milk and whipped till soft peak.

Cover your cinnamon roll with your cream and glaze the top with melted chocolate. Enjoy 😍
