Smoothies are always a healthy option for breakfast.This smoothie is made with oats,ragi flour,apple ,dates and chia seeds.All the ingredients are super foods.Full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber.
Steps

Soak oats and dates in 11/2 cup warm water for 25 min. Soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup warm water for 15 min.

Now blend oats,dates,apple and ragi flour in a mixer jar.Mix 1/2 cup water to adjust the desired thickness.
- 3
Mix 1/2 of the chia seeds in it.Serve it in a glass and garnish it with chia seeds.
Your healthy and tasty smoothie is ready to serve.
