  • 10Dates (deseeded,cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tspChia seeds
  • 2 tbspRagi flour (roasted)
  • 1/2Apple (peeled and cut into small pieces)

Steps

    Soak oats and dates in 11/2 cup warm water for 25 min. Soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup warm water for 15 min.

    Now blend oats,dates,apple and ragi flour in a mixer jar.Mix 1/2 cup water to adjust the desired thickness.

    Mix 1/2 of the chia seeds in it.Serve it in a glass and garnish it with chia seeds.
    Your healthy and tasty smoothie is ready to serve.
