Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cuprolled oats
  2. 2walnuts, chopped
  3. 2dates, chopped
  4. 10-15black raisins
  5. 1banana, chopped
  6. 1 tspcoffee powder
  7. 1 tsphoney, or as per taste
  8. 1/4 tspcinnamon powder (optional)
  9. 3/4 cupAlmond milk / or any milk of your choice
  10. 1-2 tspchia seeds
  11. For garnishing
  12. Some pomegranate and apple pieces

Steps

    In a Mason jar add oats, nuts, honey, cinnamon powder, coffee powder, banana, and milk.

    Cover with lid and shake the jar well, so that everything combines together very well. keep it in the refrigerator for overnight or 4-6 hours.

    Meanwhile, soak chia seeds with some water.
    (I preferred to soak chia seeds separately so that in serving time make a layer of soaked oats, soaked chia seeds, and fresh fruits to look beautiful and more colorful.)

    The next morning take out thejar from refrigerator and it is ready to eat.
    But if you can't like warm Oatmeal then, you can absolutely warm up these carrot cake oats. Just heat them in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, stirring frequently, or in a small saucepan on the stove until heated to your liking.
    To make it more visually good.in see-through glass make a layer of apple pieces then soaked oats mix then soaked chia seeds and cover them with remaining oats finally garnish with pomegranate.
