At the end of the year, it's time for a Western dish! This is a quick and delicious recipe I learned from my French sister-in-law. It's often served at parties, New Year's celebrations, or weekend gatherings.

Rinse the salmon and shrimp, then drain well. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, slice the shallots thinly, and finely chop the parsley.

Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and cut into cubes. Add to a pan and fry.

Once golden, remove the salmon and place on paper towels to drain. Next, fry the shrimp.

In the same pan, sauté the shallots, then add the tomatoes. When the tomatoes soften, pour in the whipping cream, add 2 teaspoons turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Add the shrimp and parsley to the pan and stir well. Finally, gently add the salmon and stir carefully to avoid breaking the pieces. This dish can be served with rice or bread. It's quick to make and very tasty.
