Methi Paneer Masala (Sabzi)

Firstly wash thoroughly and chopped thinly Methi leaves,In a Kadai/Pan,put 2tbsp Oil/Ghee,put Methi leaves in a medium flame,saute.

In other Pan/Kadai, put 2 tbsp Oil,put 1/2 tspoon jeera,few whole garam masala (Elaichi(2), dalchini, cloves),saute for few minutes, add chopped onions,fry for few minutes add all spices,add Chopped tomatoes/Puree in it,till oil separate

In a big vessel put Curd,put all spices, including Paneer Masala powder,now put Paneer cubes and put salt as taste, add little coriander leaves,keep aside fr few minutes

Pour these Marinated paneer masala+methi leaves gravy in the onions, tomatoes gravy,by adding salt as per required and the Sabzi for few minutes

Lastly put coriander leaves over it and serve hot with chapati/bhakri, yummy it taste
