  1. 1 cupchopped coulliflower
  2. 2potato chopped
  3. 1green chili chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1 inchginger grated
  6. 1 tbspmustard oil
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/2 TSPred chilli powder
  9. 1 TSPcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 TSPgaram masala
  11. 1/4 TSPamchoor powder
  12. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all veggies. Take a wok add oil, crackle jeera then add ginger and chill roast potatoes and coulliflower 5 minutes in slow flam,

    Now add all dry masala salt mix it well sprinkle two spoon water cover this with lid it's ready only in 5 minutes sprinkle some garam masala & amchoor powder garnish with chopped coriander it's two yummy

    Serve hot with paratha or puri.
