When you feel a bit of autumn, it's the time for hotpot! So many vegetables you can consume by it, and ginger & garlic warms you up!

Steps

Chop all vegetables you'd like to use.

Heat garlic & ginger on a pot, then added Sesame oil to flavour. Don't burn!!

Add thin sliced Daikon, and add sliced pork, chopped mushrooms.

Add water with pork/chicken stock to boil. Take scum out from the surface at times.

Add Chinese cabbage and beansprouts in the end, as those are the easier ones to be cooked. Put a lid on top.

Maybe just under 10min, it'll be ready to enjoy!! When eating, you could add many condiments, such as chilly paste, Ponzu soysauce, Yuzu kosho, etc etc.
