Falahari (Sama Rice Pulao)

At first, wash rice 3-4 times properly. Then soak the rice for 10-15 minutes. Keep aside.
Turn on the flame, heat a pan, and add 1Tbsp ghee. Let it melt add peanuts and stir it. Fry it for a minute on medium flame. Take it out on a plate. Now add 1 tbsp ghee again for the same pan. Then add potato dice and chili and stir it. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. - 2
Now take rice rinse it then add into the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Then add salt and black pepper powder and mix it well. Then add water and mix everything well. Let it boil on high flame. Now cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Turn off the flame and leave it for 2 minutes. Then open the lid and stir it. Now add lemon juice and coriander leaves and fried peanuts and mix everything well. Serve on a plate. Sama Pulao is ready to eat. Let's enjoyyyy......🥰🥰
