Steps

Boil rice, keep one Kani for dam and boil chicken in water 2 glass add salt and black pepper, keep its stock half

Put oil 2 tbsp add lehsan adrak paste, golden it add all cut vegetables, I add one onion as green onion was not available and stir it until saute and then add salt1/2tsp black pepper 2 tbsp soya sauce, chicken stock, or chicken powder as easy stir for 5 mints then switch off stove

Add all vegetable stock with chicken in rice and put them on dam for 15 mints press with potato masher from up

Now add oil on pan and lehsan adrak paste 1 tsp and wings and fry add all sauces and dry ingredients in it stir it and as it's soft add counflour in half cup water and gradually add in it.... As gravy is ready serve hot with rice...
