Boil water in 4 kg pot half add vinegar 1 tbsp, salt 1 tbsp and colour zarda your rice will not break. Soak rice 15 mints and as boil come in water strain water of rice and add in pot to boil.

Keep one kani means take rice press if it break in three portion then keep boil until one rice break in half. And then Strain and cover it. Cole Der and cover it.

Now take a pot in which you boiled rice add sugar and open Elaichi and add 2 glass water on medium flame cook and as sugar dissolve check its consistency with finger and thumb that one or two wax strand is made then add all ghee packet in it

When bubbles make then add strained rice and cook on high flame as water dissolve rice are shown on upper side add all dry ingredients and put for dum on low flame 15 to 20 mints your rice is ready..
