Cooking Instructions

In a large pot sauté your Italian sausage until slightly browned, then add in your cut up chicken breast, sauté for several minutes….

Next add in your chopped onion, yellow pepper and minced garlic, sauté for several minutes……

Now add in your black pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, red beans and thawed spinach, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally……

Lower heat and cook stew for about 30 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally …..
- 5
Serve with some crusty bread and enjoy 😉!

based on a rachel ray recipe, this is a quick and hearty stew that can even freeze well. i recommend making the beans from dried but canned works too. for more flavor i suggest roasting the carrots and garlic.this stew is great with bread, i like hot crusty bread :)
