Get Shokupan from Suzuya which already cut into slices. Take one and toast.

Melt butter in a non stick pan over medium heat.

When butter melts, add egg, cheese, and salt and pepper and whisk them on the pan. Wait 5-10 sec, then start mixing for 30-50 second until it's cooked to your taste.

You can pile the eggs up high on toasted Suzuya Shokupan! Add Ketchap and Mayo as much as you want, or not if you prefer.

Add chives and a littie bit of paper on top as a decoration and dig in!
